Spring Blog

Recently, my birthday passed and although it is just a number & another day; it’s always a good time to reflect. I wrote down 25 things to remind myself of and be more intentional about. I won’t bore you with all 25 but will share the most important one: To celebrate, honor, and be present in all of my relationships. A simple phone call or dedicating a day to spend with a loved one can go a long way. As I take this next quarter century on, I am committed to being more present for those I love. Cheers to life and I hope everyone takes some time to love & appreciate everyone around them =)
