Fall Blog
2020 is the year that has kept us on our toes.
By far, there have been a lot of downs in the year for most, but there were also memorable take aways:
- Seeing netless tennis courts, but putting a string across the poles instead.
- “Virtual” being an automatic adjective for everything.
- Laughing at even MORE animal videos on Youtube and drinking even MORE rootbeer.
- Taking an endless amount of screenshots of YHC team meetings on Zoom. One day I will compile them together.
- Going on a roadtrip for the first time.
- Wearing the same Christmas cat sweatshirt for a week straight since I can’t wear it any other time of the year.
- Increased amounts of minutes on Spotify. Patiently waiting for “Your 2020 Wrapped” to see how intense I was about specific songs for the year and then saying “Spotify knows me so well!”
The list truly is endless, but overall 2020 was unique and I will remember it as the year where my biceps admittedly missed the gym. For everyone all around, I truly hope 2021 has less burdens and pain, but instead brings more joy, smiles and laughter.
