Summer Blog
In the Five Minute Journal (I know, who journals anymore), it lists a goal each week for you to complete. A couple of examples are to go for a walk today, make your bed every day this week or call someone you haven’t talked to in a while, etc. One week the goal was to list every activity that brings you happiness and try to do them. My list could probably be 20 pages, but successfully doing them is a different battle. The most recent one on my list was miniature golfing. The most important thing is that I won…jk. The most important thing about this activity is keeping the mind stimulated and young.
This summer we really focused on health and well-being all around. It has been a passion of ours as a team for some time, but never knew how to make it come to fruition. Ultimately, we chose yoga, something that is beneficial for all ages.
Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to bench 300 pounds. Keeping your body and mind active together is what makes a person truly healthy.
