When did life get so busy?! I can’t believe it’s already Spring. We moved not too long ago. I can’t call the beach my backyard anymore and I don’t get to run free as a bird like I use to. I guess it’s true what they say- you don’t know what you got until it’s gone. No wonder dad always calls me spoiled. But to make up for it, mom has been taking me for extra long walks. I think she feels bad. Plus she says I need to work on my fitness since I’m turning 9 this year. I’ve made a lot of new friends. And I’ve run into a lot of people and babies that I’ve met over the years when my grandpa would take me on walks in the neighborhood. Oh, did I mention that we are neighbors?? My grandparents live 5 doors down from us. How awesome is that? I took mom exploring recently and found a trail that led to a cool canyon with exotic creatures like squirrels, lizards and this really tall bird. Mom says it’s our little safari when we go down there. I guess this new house isn’t so bad.
